Acceptance | No conditions stated by Dealer in accepting or acknowledging this sale shall be binding upon Jonari Corp. in contact with, inconsistent with, or in addition to the terms set forth herein unless expressly accepted in writing by Jonari Corp. No additions or changes to the terms of this order shall be valid unless in writing signed by Jonari Corp. These terms shall constitute a binding contract between Dealer and Jonari Corp.

Cancellation | Jonari Corp. reserves the right to cancel this sale or any portion of it if Dealer ceases to conduct his operations in the normal course of business, or its Dealer is unable to meet his obligations as they mature, or if proceedings under bankruptcy or insolvency laws are brought against Dealer, or if a receiver for Dealer is appointed or applied for, or an assignment for benefit of creditions is made by Dealer.

Payment | Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due prior to shipment of goods. Special order terms are prepaid in full. There is no cancellation, refund or exhange for special order items, ie. older body style aerodynamics or custom wheels. Dealer agrees to pay 25% restocking fee on all returned goods.

Risk of Loss | Jonari Corp thoroughly inspects all packaging prior to shipment. Jonari Corp’s liability ceases when shipping carrier accepts Jonari Corp’s shipment to respective dealer. All claims for breakage, damage or losses shall be made directly to carrier.

Choice of Law / Forum Selection | Dealer hereby agrees that these contract terms shall be construed under the laws of the State of California, that this contract is entered into the State of California, and that in the event of litigation, the claims of the parties shall be resolved in the Superior or Municipal Court of Los Angeles County.
